Hire Resolve, a renowned recruitment agency based in Cape Town, is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Junior Sales Manager for their client.

As a Junior Sales Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the Sales Manager in driving sales growth and managing client relationships. You will assist in developing and executing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with clients. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Sales Manager in developing and implementing sales strategies
  • Support in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver excellent customer service
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 - 5 years of sales experience
  • Experience in the Construction industry
  • Diploma or Degree in Sales and Marketing or related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
