Summary of Position:
Join our team as a Customer Support/Service/Success Representative, where you will play a pivotal role in delivering outstanding customer service within the dynamic e-commerce landscape, particularly on the Shopify platform. As a key communicator, you'll engage with customers through various channels, demonstrating excellent interpersonal skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Portray a positive company image through professional and friendly communication via calls, emails, and chats.
- Engage actively in conversations, demonstrating outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Actively listen to customer needs and inquiries to determine appropriate service actions.

- Demonstrate patience and professionalism while offering customer support.
- Utilize technology proficiently, with experience in the Shopify platform and eCommerce in general.
- Excel in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, showcasing resourcefulness and the ability to find solutions.
- Communicate effectively with customers, resolving complaints and issues.
- Possess strong reading, writing, and communication skills.

- Demonstrate a high level of understanding, patience, and empathy in challenging conversations.

- Use various software applications such as spreadsheets, CRM, and scheduling software for data entry, editing, and formatting.
- MA minimum of 2-3 years of customer service experience,
- Experience working with Shopify is a Must-Have
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in the English language.
- Strong customer relationship skills.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to multitask.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, taking direction from management and supervisors.
- Proficient in Microsoft Tools and Google Suite.
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
