About the Role

We are seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist with a primary focus on the operational support, configuration, and maintenance of our Audio Video (A/V) systems located in our Las Vegas training center. This center is mission-critical to our Go-To-Market (GTM) organization, hosting multiple training events each month. The ideal candidate will ensure that all technology on-site is fully operational with minimal outages or hiccups. 

Additionally, the IT Support Specialist will provide hands-on IT support for attendees, addressing general IT questions or support needs. While the role is heavily desktop and AV support focused, it will be important that this role is open to learning a broader knowledge of our technology ecosystem, to make you even more successful within our environment.

What you will do 

  • Configure, maintain, and support all A/V systems within the Las Vegas training center.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to A/V systems promptly to avoid disruptions.
  • Provide on-site IT support during sales bootcamps, typically held Monday to Friday, 2-3 times a month.
  • Ensure seamless operation of all technology during bootcamps, preventing any outages or technical hiccups.
  • Assist attendees with IT-related issues, offering "Genius Bar" style hands-on support.
  • Perform routine maintenance and updates on all systems in the facility during non-bootcamp periods.
  • Conduct regular checks to ensure the A/V systems are in optimal condition.
  • Work as part of the End User Experience team to address general IT support needs.
  • Manage and resolve tickets via ServiceNow, providing excellent customer service.
  • Partner closely with the Sales Enablement Operations Manager to ensure smooth operation of bootcamps and other events.
  • Document procurement and contract details carefully, maintaining account records and other key documents securely in regards to AV. 
  • Manage a set of computer assets that must be managed with accurate and reliable tracking.

Must Haves 

  • A skilled professional who has excellent communication and face to face skills.
  • Strong knowledge of cloud applications such as:
    • Google Workplace
    • Slack
    • Zoom
  • Light Office365 admin management 
  • 3-5 years of experience in IT support, with a focus on A/V systems.
  • Proven ability to work in fast-paced support environments with multiple concurrent demands.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to resolve technical issues quickly.
  • Experience with ServiceNow or similar IT service management tools.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Must reside in Las Vegas and be able to be on-site for boot camps and events requiring hands-on IT support.
    • Common for events to start at 7 AM on Mondays and running until 5:30 PM daily throughout the week

Nice to Have 

  • Certification in relevant IT fields (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, CTS).
  • Experience supporting sales training or similar event-driven environments.
  • MDM experience such as JAMF or Intune

Base salary range:
$78,500$92,300 USD
