Caregiver (CNA/ HHA/ PCA), 2500 Bonus

Join our team Haven Homes Assisted Living in a beautiful building that opened December 2020. We are hiring Part-Time & Full-Time Caregivers (CNAs, HHAs, or PCAs) to help our residents experience independence and dignity within a loving community atmosphere.  We're currently offering up to a $2,500 bonus!

What does a Caregiver do?

As a Caregiver, you will provide each resident with routine daily nursing care and services following guidelines and regulations. You will work beside other Caregivers & Nurses to get the job done.

There are Part-Time (Day, Evening, Night) & Full-Time (Day, Evening), benefit eligible positions available working varied schedules including every other weekend.

Hours:  6:00 am to 2:30 pm; 2:00 pm to 10:30pm; 10:00 pm to 6:30 am

Pay: $16.91 - $19.80 / hour, depending on experience 
PT is eligible for a $1500 bonus; FT is eligible for a $2500 bonus.
Bonus payout to be discussed during the interview.

Shift differential of $1.25 per hour for Evening and $2.25 per hour for nights.  CNAs will make $1.00 more per hour. Increased pay as you learn the position.

What does a Caregiver require?

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Home Health Aide (HHA) or Personal Care Attendant (PCA) experience preferred, but not required. We will train you!
• Creative aptitude with the ability to display enthusiasm and a positive attitude in promoting activities. 
• Good communication skills, including ability to give directions to others in a manner that is pleasant and easily understood.
• Must be 18 years or older.
