Position Overview

sa.global is looking for a driven Business Development Manager in Malaysia! You will accelerate our growth by supporting our clients in their digital transformation. We need a passionate and driven sales professional who is excited to grow our business together with a great team.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Lead local sales and business development activities to support and deliver sustained future growth
  • Maintain accurate real-time information on opportunities to enable effective forecasting and planning
  • Follow sales governance to ensure quality and manage risk
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with relevant stakeholders at clients to support them in their ongoing digital transformation
  • Lead sales engagements with clients from end to end including the orchestration of technical pre-sales engagements
  • Uncover and effectively articulate customer pains and desired outcomes in order for the most appropriate solutions to be designed
  • Deliver exciting presentations and coordinate impressive demos and proposals that address the customers’ needs and excite them to work with sa.global
  • Leverage global marketing campaigns and drive local demand generation activities that woos future and existing clients to build a robust pipeline
  • Conduct regular account planning and business development sessions with Microsoft contacts, jointly target, develop offerings, and secure funding

Skills And Experience

  • Previous experience working in a commercial sales function within the Microsoft Ecosystem with focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365
  • Demonstrable track-record of closing complex solution sales
  • Strong consulting acumen and understanding of Dynamics 365 from a functional and business perspective
  • Demonstrates enthusiasm and proactively seeks opportunities to improve sales
  • Demonstrates creativity and reacts positively to new challenges and change
  • Possess a high work ethic in accordance with role demands, expectation and responsibility
  • Credible, articulate, confident and tenacious, with the gravitas and credibility to build relationships with executives at all business levels
  • Demonstrate strong stakeholder management skills both internally and externally
  • Excellent team-player collaborating with Marketing, Pre-Sales, Delivery and beyond
  • Capable of utilizing strong interpersonal, verbal, presentation and writing skills to successfully interact with clients and the sa.global team
  • First class communication and presentation skills at all levels in Malay and English
