Product Managers at Robinhood are responsible for leading teams to develop products that improve the everyday lives of our customers. You’ll work with professionals in data, design, engineering and operations to bring ideas to life that will help us democratize finance for all.
As product manager for Fraud Case Management, you’ll be responsible for the development of the internal tooling needed by Customer Trust & Safety (CTS) Operations to do their day to day job.. Our success is our customers’ success; you will directly help customers safely transact on the Robinhood platform as they build their financial future! This includes developing specific tools for each CTS operations team, improving the SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), adjusting the internal tooling to any new product launch and international expansion effort. Your work will play a key role in achieving company wide OKRs on top of building and maintaining trust with Robinhood’s customers, regulators, and the public.

Base pay for the successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include education, training, experience, location, business needs, or market demands. The expected salary range for this role is based on the location where the work will be performed and is aligned to one of 3 compensation zones. This role is also eligible to participate in a Robinhood bonus plan and Robinhood’s equity plan.
