Seasoned PM, GxP Validation Exp, SAP Implementation Exp, PMP,

• 1. Seasoned Senior PM with strong experience Life Science Domain
  2. Project Management skills
  3. GxP experience with Validation knowledge is a must
  4. Organize validation related activities and deliverables in accordance with the project timelines.
  5. Make sure individual validation activities are aligned with the strategic direction of the program
  6. Develop an evaluation method to assess the validation workstream strengths and identify areas for improvement
  7. Engage stakeholders to align validation workstream priorities, coordinate interdependencies, and navigate risks
  8. Manage changes and intervene as needed to ensure project goals are achieved
  9. Acts as a sounding board to others on ideas and complex problems.
  10. Understands functional aspect of systems in the area, along with issues, and factors them into decisions and recommendations.
  11. Experience building complex project plans with dependencies, resource allocation. Microsoft project. Jira. Smart sheet experience nice to have
  12. Risk management and escalation management
  13. Excellent communication skills
  14. Proactive and engaged
  15. Executive management and steerco management. Presentation skills.
  16. Excellent organizational skills

PMP Certification preferred •
