Overview: Improvix Technologies is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst Advisor to join the Business Value Solutions team on a long-term 5-year contract supporting the Department of State’s ADD (Agency Data Development) Program. This position is fully remote and requires a Secret clearance. The BA Advisor will be responsible for drafting presentations, performing administrative tasks, setting up meetings, managing data calls, and ensuring the smooth execution of various project activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Presentation Drafting: Create and edit presentations for program meetings, briefings, and reports to key stakeholders within the ADD Program.
- Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the Business Value Solutions team, including meeting coordination, managing calendars, and maintaining project documentation.
- Data Call Management: Organize, track, and respond to data calls from internal and external stakeholders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of submissions.
- Meeting Setup: Coordinate and schedule meetings, preparing agendas and distributing relevant materials to participants.
- Documentation Management: Maintain and organize documentation, ensuring that all files are properly labeled and accessible to the team for reference and reporting purposes.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with technical teams, project managers, and other business analysts to support the overall success of the ADD program.
Qualifications:
- Clearance: Active Secret clearance required.
- Experience: 3+ years of relevant experience in business analysis, project support, or administrative roles.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly in PowerPoint for presentations and Excel for data management. Familiarity with project management tools is a plus.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate project updates and gather information from various stakeholders.
- Detail-Oriented: High level of attention to detail, especially when managing data calls and preparing documentation.
- Time Management: Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a federal contracting environment, particularly with the Department of State or similar agencies.
- Prior experience with business value analysis or project coordination on large-scale IT or data development programs.
