Job Description

Experience Skill set:

• 8 years of experience as a Senior Business System Analyst is required.
• At least 3 years of experience in the health insurance industry is required.
• Can manage projects of medium to large size and complexity with minimal guidance from the Business Analyst Level 3 and above and relationship managers SME.
• Knowledge of more than one payor domains such as Membership Claims Benefits Pricing Vendor Delegation etc.
• Must be well versed and able to drive typical BSA deliverables like BRD RTM User Stories etc.
• Must be well conversant with SDLC processes and methodologies.
• Self starter with strong communication presentation relationship building and strategic analytical skills.
• Strong time management goal setting and task prioritization abilities.
• Minimum requirement of Bachelor s degree in Computer Science IT or a related field
