The Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced people operation specialist who cares deeply about delivering the best possible employee experience through simplicity, innovation and excellence.

Your Job Responsibilities

What you will be doing:

  • Partner with the business on key HR programs and initiatives such as onboarding, offboarding, HR systems, data analysis, payroll and leave management support support and employee engagement.
  • Provide HR support for all onboarding/offboarding and any documentation w.r.t employees.
  • Maintain strong attention to detail when it comes to data and seek ways to continuously improve/ automate practices, processes and systems
  • Be comfortable operating in a fast-paced, while remaining calm as you keep things moving.
  • Strategize, initiate and lead all Employee engagement and diversity-related activities on the ground.
  • To be the first person for all employees and handle their queries on payroll, benefits, leaves and other concerns.
  • Review and analyse business metrics, and documentation including data on employee benefits, salary structure, and payroll practices to recommend improvements.
  • Partner with global people team to effectively design and implement global People projects across Business.
  • Focus on employee engagement, and surveys, maintain data, analyze results and gaps and suggest improvements.
  • Act as a change agent in managing organizational change smoothly.

Your Skillset

What makes you a great fit for the team:

  • At least 4+ years of experience as an
  • Ability to absorb and apply constructive criticism. A self-starter with strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines
  • Experience in employee relations, talent management programs, and stakeholder management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Expert in MS Office, especially advanced Excel and experience in managing global HR tools (e.g. Lattice, Bamboo) will be a plus.
  • A problem solver, quick learner and people person.
  • Passion for continuous improvement and experimentation - with the ability to be data-driven & analytical and to measure the business impact of solutions.

  • Hub - 100% work from Simpplr office. Role requires Simpplifier to be in the office full-time.
  • Hybrid - Hybrid work from home and office. Role dictates the ability to work from home, plus benefit from in-person collaboration on a regular basis. 
  • Remote - 100% remote. Role can be done anywhere within your country of hire, as long as the requirements of the role are met.
