<title>About the role</title>

This is a pivotal role in leading and driving the growth of Bolt’s Rides core categories (Standard, Low cost, Bolt and other). As Category Manager you will be responsible for managing and enhancing the categories of services and features that directly impact riders, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and driving growth in rider engagement and satisfaction.

<title>Main tasks and responsibilities:</title>

- <point>Category Strategy Development: Developing and executing strategic plans for rider categories to drive growth, engagement, operational efficiency and value proposition</point>
- <point>Driving product specific value proposition and working on creating and launching a list of new categories to improve Category penetration</point>
- <point>Auditing current category structure, supply and penetration and working with product and local teams to standardise the value proposition</point>
- <point>Establishing sustainable service level for our category portfolio in our markets</point>
- <point>Leading the end to end implementation of programs through stakeholder collaboration and influencing local and other central teams (e.g. product, marketing)</point>
