BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking an experienced clinical leader, Registered Nurse or Physical Therapist, to fill the role of Division Director of Home Health Clinical Practice. The Division Director of Home Health Clinical Practice, Leadership, and Support will serve as the lead clinical and care delivery strategist in the BAYADA home health (Medicare Certified) practice, delivering industry leading results that differentiate BAYADA Home Health Care home health services in the market. The Division Director will lead the clinical employees on the home health practice support team, delivering clinical process improvement, quality assurance, clinical education, and innovative care delivery programs that drive quality outcomes. The Division Director of Clinical Practice will ensure compliance with regulatory, accreditation, and clinical billing requirements. This role will sit on the home health practice support leadership team and will interface with other practice support leaders, as well as senior leadership within the Home Health Practice, including the Regional and Division Directors. This role will also interface with key enterprise support leaders, including the Chief Nursing Officer and quality and compliance team members.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

- Four (4) year college degree; Master’s Degree is preferred.
- Holds a current license in good standing as a Registered Nurse or Physical Therapist in all states required to carry out the responsibilities of this role.
- Minimum of seven (7) years of Medicare Certified home health care clinical leadership or equivalent healthcare experience.
- Demonstrated ability to directly manage multiple direct reports and muti-level teams.
- Knowledge of health care environment as it relates to acute and post-acute delivery systems.
- Financial acumen and demonstrated understand of billing models and budgeting processes.
- Superior communication, organization, prioritization, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
- Strategic and innovative problem solver who sees the big picture and works with a positive attitude across a collaborative team.
- Demonstrated ability to apply emerging technology to drive innovative initiatives. Open, agile and adaptable change agent.
- Track record of developing and implementing successful strategic plans, including project management and change management.
- Ability to commit to occasional travel throughout the country.
- Acceptable pre-employment assessment results.
- Ability to read, write and effectively communicate in English.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Demonstrate and communicate the core values of BAYADA and The BAYADA Way.
- Develop working knowledge of BAYADA’s mission, services, people, organization, policies and procedures.
- Directly manage, coach, and lead the clinical members of the practice support team, including the Director of Clinical Practice, Director of Rehabilitation, and other related roles.
- Oversee the support and prioritization of initiatives across all clinical domains in the home health practice, including care delivery, performance improvement, clinical operations, clinical education, clinical technology, and billing and compliance related to clinical factors.
- Establish goals for the home health clinical support team. Align with the practice leadership team in setting strategy, determining priorities, and developing strategic plans to achieve those goals.
- Participate as a member of the home health practice support leadership team, lending clinical expertise where required across other practice priorities, projects, and initiatives.
- Research, analyze, monitor, and report on industry trends in clinical service model design and delivery; integrate intelligence to influence strategic decision-making considering shifting industry, payor, and regulatory dynamics.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, regulatory standards, and accreditation requirements and engage the support and guidance of the appropriate regulatory, compliance, legal and other teams where appropriate. Ensure processes are in place for rapid response to survey or regulatory concerns, include appropriate support for corrective action plans.
- Develop and define initiatives to reduce variation and improve quality outcomes, including new clinical programs, clinical guidelines and evidence-based interventions to enhance patient care and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Ensure continuous improvement in care delivery methods that prioritize the achievement of nationally recognized performance outcomes, such as Star Ratings, client satisfaction survey results, and value-based payment programs.
- Demonstrate solid performance or exceed performance standards in key job dimensions/attributes as defined on the Performance Appraisal for Office Staff.
- Perform related duties, or as required or requested by supervisor.
