We are currently looking for a skilled B2B Sales Manager to join our dynamic Promova team. You will be the key element in driving the growth of corporate English solutions at Promova by identifying client needs, offering tailored language learning programs, and building strong and long-lasting relationships.
Promova is a one-stop language learning platform that includes a mobile app, conversation clubs, group classes and one-to-one lessons with tutors. We have a popular website, media presence, and active socials. Our app has been downloaded more than 14 million times, and our learners completed over 35 million lessons over the last few years. Our goal for the next 2 years is to secure a spot among top 5 online language learning services worldwide. Looking ahead, within the next five years, we want to achieve the status of a unicorn company with Ukrainian roots!
ABOUT YOU:
- Knowledge of sales methodologies and techniques (SPIN, BANT, social selling etc.);
- Experience in setting up and managing various CRMs;
- Knowledge of KPIs and sales metrics, and how to use them to improve performance;
- Researching and identifying potential leads through various channels (LinkedIn, industry events, cold outreach, etc.);
- Ability to manage the pipeline and analytics;
- Drafting sales proposals and contracts, delivering compelling sales presentations;
- Experience with handling objections and closing deals;
- Familiarity with legal and compliance aspects related to contract management.
YOUR AREA OF IMPACT:
- Sales Strategy Development and Execution: Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet or exceed sales targets, with a focus on large-scale corporate clients.
- Full cycle of the sales process: Conduct discovery calls with prospective clients to understand their requirements and propose tailored language learning solutions, lead contract negotiations with potential clients, ensuring terms are aligned with company policies and profitability goals.
- Lead Generation and Prospecting: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging a mix of strategies, including cold outreach, networking, and partnerships.
- Market Intelligence: Keep abreast of industry trends, competitors, and customer insights to inform strategic decisions and refine sales strategies.
- Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with marketing, product development, and account management teams to ensure a seamless handover and client satisfaction post-sale.
