Responsibilities:- Ensure all external resources are appropriately provisioned on Company’s internal systems in compliance with company policy.
- Own communication with diverse network of international and local vendor companies (MUST HAVE)
- Create and execute on vendor schedule and timeline of deliverables (MUST HAVE)
- Review, prioritize, and track progress of issues and resolution at the vendor sites. (MUST HAVE)
- Working with vendors to ensure all assignments are understood, timelines are followed, and deliveries completed correctly and on time
- Analyze vendor workflow issues and provide optimal solutions
- Support cross-functional teams and stakeholders (Management, Research Scientists, Engineers) to ensure project requirements are implemented with vendors
- Improve and optimize internal and external process and workflows
- Document all design, simulation and modeling materials and communicate cross the teams
Minimum Qualification:- Minimum 3 yrs. of industry experience in Engineering field
- Expert organization and planning skills
- Excellent ability to work under pressure and to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Expert prioritization and problem-solving skills
- Experience in database management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:- Master degree in Engineering
- Experienced in product development with international suppliers
Compensation:The pay rate range above is the base hourly pay range that Aditi Consulting reasonably expects to pay someone for this position (compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including but not limited to, a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, location and end client requirements).
