Hours and Benefits for the FP&A Analyst:

$80,000 - $100,000 per year + 25% Bonus (Depending on experience)
- Bonus will be prorated for 2023
PTO, Employer Paid Healthcare, and 3% 401(k) contribution
Monday through Thursday on-site
- Remote Fridays

Responsibilities for the FP&A Analyst:

Responsible for maintaining data received from third party data sources and from internal systems (DealPath, eBuilder, SAP, etc.) into Power BI
Assist in the implementation of new systems or modules
Assist in procuring and reporting on property taxes across our portfolio
Support the FP&A team in sourcing additional feeds into Power BI to assist the Investment, Asset Management and Accounting teams
Design, develop, deliver and maintain efficient reports, visualizations and dashboard solutions to enhance end users' understanding of information

Requirements for the FP&A Analyst:

1+ years of experience in data modeling
Strong knowledge of MS Excel
Exposure to Power BI Desktop and Power Pivot a plus
Working knowledge of BI solutions and their component tiers: Data Integration/ETL, Data Warehouses/Marts, Business/Metadata layers, Dashboards/Reports, etc. a plus
