You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software applications that meet the needs of our business. Additionally, you will be responsible for providing technical leadership, mentoring and guiding a team of developers, and ensuring the successful execution of projects.

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Lead the design and development of software solutions, ensuring they align with business requirements and best practices
- Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into technical specifications
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team, promoting best practices and fostering a culture of continuous improvement
- Conduct code reviews and ensure the quality and maintainability of code through the use of industry-standard practices and techniques
- Manage and track progress of development projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget
- Identify and address technical challenges and propose solutions to improve system performance, reliability, and scalability
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to make informed recommendations for improving our technology infrastructure
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in software development, with a focus on full-stack development using technologies such as Java, JavaScript, Angular, and Node.js
- Proven experience in leading and mentoring a team of software developers
- Strong knowledge of software development methodologies and best practices, including Agile/Scrum
- Knowledge of databases and SQL
- Familiarity with RESTful API development and integration
- Experience working with cloud environments, preferably AWS
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Fluency in English and Portuguese is required; Spanish is a plus
