THE OPPORTUNITY

The Director of Integrated Campaigns will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive, multi-channel marketing campaigns that align with our strategic goals and objectives. This role requires a creative and strategic thinker with a strong background in integrated marketing, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.

YOUR IMPACT

Campaign Strategy and Planning:

  • Oversee the creation, orchestration, and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion, ensuring consistency and cohesion across all touchpoints that balance long-term planning with constant testing and optimization
  • Design, implement, and iterate on Wellhub’s integrated campaign framework
  • Own the implementation and iteration of Wellhub’s buyer journey, working with relevant stakeholders to map personas and messaging, align tactics and programs, oversee segmentation, and help build cross-functional acquisition and expansion strategies across the journey
  • Collaborate with the CMO and senior leadership to align campaign strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to inform campaign strategies and ensure competitiveness.

Industry Report Publication:

  • Ideate topics and content direction for our recurring annual research reports (Return on Wellbeing, State of Worklife Wellness, State of the Wellness Industry)
  • Direct and coordinate comprehensive industry research, including market analysis, surveys, competitive benchmarking, and trend identification.
  • Lead the content development team in the creation of best-in-class reports designed to build authority, provide thought leadership, and generate leads
  • Create,  execute and optimize the GTM strategy for each report
  • Identify new opportunities to create industry-specific reports and content that drive our OKRs forward. 

Execution and Management:

  • Lead the end-to-end execution of campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, email, events, and traditional media.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (creative, content, social, product marketing, revenue marketing, PR, and sales in each region) and external agencies to ensure cohesive and effective campaign delivery.
  • Manage campaign budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure on-time and within-budget execution.

Performance Analysis and Reporting:

  • Establish KPIs and track campaign performance metrics to measure effectiveness and ROI.
  • Provide regular reports and insights to senior management, highlighting successes, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Use data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and drive continuous improvement.

Team Leadership and Development:

  • Build and lead a high-performing team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and development opportunities.
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture, encouraging creative thinking and proactive problem-solving.
  • Ensure alignment and effective communication within the team and across departments.

Stakeholder Management:

  • Act as a primary contact for integrated campaign initiatives, building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and customer service teams to ensure campaign alignment with broader business goals and customer needs.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and other relevant forums.

WHO YOU ARE

  • Extensive experience in high-tech marketing and a broad-based understanding of all of the disciplines of marketing, with experience serving both B2B and B2C audiences
  • Inbound and outbound marketing strategy/execution experience and an understanding of digital marketing best practices
  • Experience driving revenue results across multiple channels, including scaling global strategy for local execution
  • A deep understanding of integrated campaign best practices, playbooks, customer journeys, etc.
  • First-line management experience with a proven track record of building new teams and with diverse skill sets from the ground up
  • Experience influencing and getting results in a matrixed environment through excellent leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Strong ability to work upstream, effectively elevate strategic concerns, assert influence in final outcomes
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Creative and innovative mindset, with a passion for staying ahead of industry trends and best practices, particularly in the field of marketing AI.
