Salesforce Developer works to build custom business apps and solutions using Salesforce platform. Act as a key player in building, maintaining current and new custom processes or solutions that rely on Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud to function or for reporting. You will be part of the Salesforce Practice that work closely with the teams across Bounteous with a goal of growing our operational efficiencies through the development of standards and practices, and internal advocacy around Salesforce.
Good candidates will be able to direct the design of new applications from conception to completion and possess strong client and communication skills. The best candidate will be creative, highly detailed, demonstrate the ability to define and solve complete problems, and work in a fast-paced environment for multiple clients.
Information Security Responsibilities
- Promote and enforce awareness of key information security practices, including acceptable use of information assets, malware protection, and password security protocols
- Identify, assess, and report security risks, focusing on how these risks impact the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information assets
- Understand and evaluate how data is stored, processed, or transmitted, ensuring compliance with data privacy and protection standards (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
- Ensure data protection measures are integrated throughout the information lifecycle to safeguard sensitive information
Role and Responsibilities
- Possess complete understanding of individual project or modules within a larger project.
- Guide the software engineers in good programming discipline.
- Multi-task/work on several projects effectively and deliver within timeline.
- Exhibit excellent coding skills, adhering to standards, with minimal defects.
- Integrate software components into a fully functional software system.
- Understand low level designs and adhere to architecture decisions.
- Understand high level designs and participate in architectural discussions.
- Work independently and contribute to the overall delivery.
- Ability to interface 1-1 with the customer. Articulate the work done.
- Implement technical solutions that are proposed by Leads or Tech Specialist to solve real time business problem.
- Exposure to Full stack development or frameworks depending on technology stack.
- Exhibit strong full stack or appropriate framework and platform knowledge and propose solutions to customers.
- Participate and contribute to technical discussions / architecture proposals.
- Work on POCs and ability to present technical solutions.
- Come up with alternative solutions to effectively solve customer problems.
- Certified developers either internally or externally in their area of expertise.
- Takes interest in mentoring juniors and software engineers.
Preferred Qualifications
- Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Aura, Objects & Fields Set up, Process builder, Workflow rules, Validation rules, Formula Fields, LWC, Flows and Basic Integration experience, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Deployment using Change Set, Using tools like VS code, developer Console, Workbench and Dataloader
- PD1 (Platform Developer 1), PD2 (Platform Developer 2) and App Builder certifications
- Advanced and complex Integrations, Apex Design patterns a plus
- Excellent communication (verbal & written) - articulates clearly, concisely and with context at all times
- High confidence and assertiveness skills - has a cordial work relationship with peers and manager, speaks their mind even during challenging situations, proactively seeks support
- Takes feedback positively and works on it seriously, is not afraid of making mistakes as part of learning, open to working across projects and technologies
- Solid analytical and logical skills - understands requirements quickly and accurately, proactively thinks through the solution and seeks clarification before coding
- Explores the root causes of problems before taking action
- Stays up-to-date with the latest developments in technology, able to apply to projects
