About the role:
You will be a part of an amazing, fast growing team, working on flagship products of the company. As component owner, you will be collaborating with product and business people, defining architecture based on product requirements, breaking the feature to small work items and leading end to end feature development. As a Full Stack Developer you will have the ability to experience working with UI, microservice based backend, data processing and machine learning, all while solving complex business problems!
Must Haves:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- Strong foundation in algorithms and data structures.
- Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing high-performance systems.
- 6+ years of professional experience in software development.
- 6+ years of hands-on programming experience with React.js and/or Node.js in production environments.
- Proven ability to lead independent projects with small teams (2-3 developers), ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
Nice to have:
- Experience with Java and the Spring ecosystem (Spring Boot, Spring Data).
- Hands-on experience working with modern SQL/NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Exposure to cloud platforms, particularly Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Experience working with Kubernetes for container orchestration and management.
- Familiarity with data processing pipelines for handling large-scale data.
- Previous experience developing software solutions for the medical industry.
- Experience collaborating with distributed teams across multiple time zones.
