We are looking for a Global Head of Operations who will:
- Develop and implement strategic operational initiatives globally for continuous operational improvement.
- Streamline and standardize processes between all countries for enhanced efficiency, growth, and security
- Serve as the liaison between operations and cross-functional teams including product, growth, finance, and risk - as well as the C Suite and country managers.
- Define and align operations strategy tied to broader company OKRs.
- Provide leadership for a high-performing operations team.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory compliance globally.
- Set, define and monitor KPIs for operational efficiency and growth success.
- Identify and mitigate operational risks proactively.
- Work with product and engineering leadership to define the product roadmap related to onboarding and operations, and support new feat
To lead and drive operational excellence by developing and implementing strategic plans, informing product roadmap, creating and optimizing processes, and fostering a high-performing team. Focused on aligning operations with broader business goals, ensuring financial responsibility, and enabling growth, this role's goal is to contribute to overall organizational success through efficient and effective operations. This role is the main stakeholder from the operations side to all other leaders in the organization and needs to ensure they are well served and that their initiatives do not affect operational reliability in turn.
Our requirements for this position are:
- Expertise in developing and implementing strategic operational plans at scale.
- Excellent stakeholder management (from C-level to entry level positions).
- Strong problem solving skills, especially when faced with incomplete data.
- Proficient utilizing data to make informed decisions.
- Skillful in streamlining processes for enhanced efficiency.
- Experience managing multi-country operations teams in a fast pace environment
- Deep knowledge of finance operations as part of a financial company, or as part of a finance-related team within companies in other sectors.
- Proven capability in identifying and mitigating operational risks.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Experience in startups desirable but not mandatory.
- English Professional Proficiency.
