Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Design of Customer Relationships: You'll act as an architect of customer relationships by supporting clients in designing and implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions, specifically within customer service. Your goal is to highlight the added value of the platform and transform customer service practices;
- Creative Process Optimization: As a creative thinker, you not only analyze business processes, but also shape and optimize them. Your focus is on finding innovative ways to meet the individual requirements of our customers;
- Be the Customer Champion: Understand what makes each client tick and translate their specific requirements into powerful solutions with Dynamics 365 CRM. You’ll be the go-to expert, ensuring every solution not only meets but exceeds their expectations;
- Inspiration Through Training: Share your passion for Dynamics 365 CRM through training and workshops. You’ll empower clients to unlock the full potential of the platform, making them as enthusiastic about it as you are;
- Teamwork and Innovation: At HSO, we believe in the power of teamwork. You’ll work alongside interdisciplinary teams, combining expertise to craft tailor-made solutions and continuously develop best practices in Dynamics 365 CRM;
Requirements
- Several years of professional experience as a consultant in the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM environment, with a strong track record in Customer Service module projects;
- Familiarity with Dynamics 365 Customer Voice, Copilot, and customer support;
- Proficiency in writing user stories, customizing CRM solutions, and leading workshops;
- Excellent English language skills;
