We are seeking candidates for an Assistant Property Manager to support our residential property in downtown Boston, MA. Your duties and responsibilities will include:
· Leasing open units.
· Conducting recertification interviews and completing recertification paperwork.
· Collecting and processing rent payments.
· Managing collections and legal notices.
· Updating the waiting lists.
· Processing work orders and coordinating unit inspections.
· Providing customer service to our residents and other administrative duties to support the portfolio.
The work hours are 9:00am-5:00pm, Monday to Friday.
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated candidate with excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong customer service and communication skills will also be key to success in this role.
· Previous experience with affordable housing programs, including Section 8, MRVP, and/or LIHTC, is required.
· Certifications such as the COS and C3P are preferred.
· Bilingual English/Cantonese would be a plus.
