Class: RN Note: 2 week rotating schedule Notice: ***Registry Personnel must bring a state or federal issued identification to the facility and wear a photo badge at all times.***Agency staff must complete their primary series of COVID vaccination in order to be considered for any assignment [both doses of a two-dose series, or a single dose of an approved single dose vaccine]. State specific mandated boosters are required and must be completed when eligible. Once the assignment has started, agency staff must follow the normal testing protocol of each particular center.
