Equal Education Partners is currently recruiting dedicated supply teaching assistants for Primary schools across West Wales, with a focus on Neath Port Talbot, Swansea, Llanelli, Carmarthenshire, and Pembrokeshire.

As a teaching assistant you will collaborate with wider school staff, assist with classroom management and foster a positive and inclusive learning environment. As a valued member of our team, Supply Teaching Assistants play a crucial role in supporting the education of children, working under the direction of the Class Teacher, expected to contribute actively to the school community, providing support across various activities and functions.

Requirements

To be a Supply Teaching Assistant at UWTSD Carmarthen with Equal Education Partners, you must:

• Have a relevant qualification or be working towards one
• Demonstrate a passion for education and a desire to support students
• Be able to build positive relationships with pupils and staff
• Possess good communication and organisational skills
• Have a flexible and adaptable approach to work
• Show a commitment to promoting inclusive education
