This role requires individuals who are passionate about sales, driven to succeed, and have a proven track record of exceeding targets.
What You'll Do:
- Identify and engage high-potential clients, focusing on small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs).
- Conduct meetings and deliver persuasive product demonstrations to showcase the benefits of SumUp’s card reader and POS solutions.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition and unique selling points of our products, addressing client needs.
- Proactively generate leads and build a strong sales pipeline through referrals and other targeted activities.
Your Profile:
- Demonstrated success in a sales role, ideally within the hospitality and retail industries or with other point-of-sale solutions.
- Proven ability to consistently exceed sales targets and deliver exceptional results.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of your market and a genuine passion for supporting local SMBs.
- Experience in outbound lead generation, cold calling, or building lead pipelines.
- Proficiency in French.

The Recruitment Process:
1. Introductory Pre-Selection meeting with our Talent Acquisition Partner.
2. Technical interview with the Team Lead.
3. Hiring Manager interview with the Head of Sales.
