Respnosibilities:

A Customer Service Data Entry Clerk performs duties to operate computer and peripheral equipment such as printers, tape and disk drives.
Ensures job scheduling, transmission processing, report distribution and tape operations are completed for data center operations to meet end-user requirements.
Facilitates controlled changes to the environment to ensure accordance with corporate standards and procedures.
Researches error messages.
May assist in manipulating controls to rearrange sequence of job steps to continue operations when individual units of the system malfunction.
