The Account Executive role focuses exclusively on formulating and executing a sales strategy within an assigned territory, resulting in revenue growth and new customer acquisition.</p><p>This role involves fostering strong client relationships, ensuring adherence to compliance regulations, and providing expert guidance on best practices to mitigate risks related to financial crime compliance, and undertaking cross and up selling within clients. </p><p>The Account Executive will act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns while promoting the company's services and solutions.<br><br><strong>Experience:</strong></p><ul><li>Proven track record of success in meeting and exceeding quotas within a highly competitive market.</li><li>Background in a consultancy sales environment, ideally within FCC, Advisory, Transformation and Managed Services.</li><li>Demonstrable experience selling into financial services across all sectors. </li><li>Understanding of UK and international FCC regulatory framework and regulations. </li><li>Collaborative team player with an open and transparent approach. </li><li>Demonstrated ability to expand, upsell, cross sell accounts and run a sales process.</li><li>A proven track record of overachievement and hitting sales targets.</li><li>Ability to articulate the value of our services and capabilities. </li><li>Skilled in building business champions.</li><li>Driven and competitive.
