Design Manager - F&B

Driven to create unique home-grown food concepts that bring people together, the Independent Food Company is a UAE-based hospitality company with multiple concepts under its umbrella – SALT, Switch, Parker’s, Grind, Somewhere and Public.

We are currently seeking to hire an experienced Design Manager F&B. The Design Manager will oversee all aspects of the interior design process for our projects, from conceptual development to managing and executing the design. Must haves for the role include substantial experience in F&B interior design, strong leadership skills, a creative vision, and excellent project management abilities.

Seeking candidates with strong skills in Project management, understanding of building codes and safety regulations, knowledge of F&B operations and workflow, ability to create and read blueprints, knowledge of material specifications and costs, understanding of universal design principles.
