F&B Cashier

Driven to create unique home-grown food concepts that bring people together, the Independent Food Company is a UAE-based hospitality company with multiple concepts under it’s umbrella – SALT, Switch, Parker’s, Grind, Somewhere and Public.

We are looking for experienced and highly-skilled F&B Cashier to join our amazing restaurant teams and show-case their talents. Some of the key responsibilities include:

1. Responsible for managing the cashier's house fund, including safekeeping.
2. Ensure all food and beverage sales in the outlet are recorded in the POS system (MICROS), including complimentary services or employee meals.
3. Maintain the sequential use of guest checks, open checks in the POS system, and handle various payment methods.
4. Handle guest complaints, generate POS reports, manage petty cash, and perform daily cashiering tasks, including suggestive selling, and adhere to company policies consistently.

To be considered for this role you will need to have strong communication skills and have experience working as a F&B Cashier in a busy establishment.
