About You:
You are an experienced avionics software engineer looking for an opportunity to share your expertise with a fast-growing team by providing technical direction and mentorship. In return, you seek an innovative startup that values its employees and invests in their professional development. As a senior engineer your primary focus is spearheading software design and development, resolving critical design decisions and demonstrating the highest levels of competence in safety-critical software engineering practices for the team. Technically, you bring proven expertise in C and C++, having used one or both languages to develop flight software for multiple vehicles and/or other mission-critical systems.
