If you thrive in a small, autonomous team and love managing growth tools, this role is for you.</p><h3><strong>Your mission</strong></h3><p>You'll be responsible for managing our <strong>entire growth stack</strong>, from <strong>HubSpot and outbound tools</strong> to <strong>Webflow</strong>. Your job is to <strong>own execution</strong> and make sure our marketing and sales pipeline runs like a well-oiled machine.</p><h3><strong>What you’ll do</strong></h3><h3>1️⃣ <strong>CRM &amp; Outbound automation</strong></h3><ul><li>Own <strong>HubSpot</strong>: setup, automation, segmentation, reporting.</li><li>Manage <strong>Lemlist</strong>: outbound sequences, personalization, warm-up.</li><li>Use <strong>CaptainData, Dropcontact, Datagma, Surfe</strong> to enrich and automate prospecting.</li></ul><h3>2️⃣ <strong>Website &amp; analytics</strong></h3><ul><li>Manage and optimize our <strong>Webflow</strong> website.</li><li>Track performance using <strong>GA4, GTM and dashboards</strong>.</li><li>Improve <strong>conversion rates</strong> by analyzing user behavior on <strong>Metabase</strong>.</li></ul><h3>3️⃣ <strong>Paid media &amp; lead generation</strong></h3><ul><li>Run and optimize paid campaigns to lower CPL.</li><li>Experiment with <strong>LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and other paid channels</strong>.</li><li>Align outbound and inbound efforts to maximize lead flow.</li></ul><h3>This role is for you if you specialise in :</h3><p>✅ <strong>Autonomy &amp; execution</strong> – You get things done, fast and well.</p><p>✅ <strong>Expertise in HubSpot, Webflow, and Lemlist</strong> – Must-have skills.</p><p>✅ <strong>Having a Data-driven mindset</strong> – You optimize everything for performance.</p><p>✅ <strong>Experience in outbound &amp; automation</strong> – Not just theory, real execution.</p><p>✅ <strong>Paid media skills</strong> – You know how to manage and optimize paid campaigns.</p><h3><strong>Why join us?</strong></h3><ul><li>A <strong>hands-on</strong> role in a fast-moving startup.</li><li>Full <strong>ownership</strong> of B2B growth marketing operations.</li><li>Work with cutting-edge tools and a <strong>data-driven</strong> approach.</li></ul><p><br></p><ul></ul><hr><p><br><em><br></em><strong>Application process</strong></p><ul><li>Online application ✅</li><li>Screening Call with Mia, Global Talent Manager 👋</li><li>Interview: Case study &amp; debrief with the hiring team🗣</li><li>Meet your colleagues on site ! 🤝</li></ul> •
