Title: Program Manager, Enterprise Systems
What You'll Be doing:
- Lead transformational work on our core enterprise systems, with an initial focus on Salesforce, Marketo and related systems.
- Manage the project lifecycle of small to large SaaS implementation projects including requirements gathering, project planning and management, risk management, budget management, communications, and change management.
- Form strong cross functional relationships and successfully navigate through project obstacles and stakeholder relationships to deliver successful outcomes.
- Leverage expertise to challenge the current business process, assumptions, systems design, and other aspects of the project when appropriate to drive the team towards improved solutions.
- Actively support team work by leading working sessions to estimate and decompose complex projects into manageable parts with delivery plans. Helps remove barriers within and outside the team to move the project forward.
- Owns the overall program to ensure successful delivery of objectives on time and on budget.

Your Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience leading successful implementations or significant enhancements of SaaS systems.
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects from system selection to implementation, including management of 3rd party implementation partners and integrations to timeline and budget
- Strong grasp of key processes such as Order to Cash and the PLG lifecycle with direct experience managing one or more transformation projects in these areas.
- Salesforce experience is required, with experience in Marketo, SFDC CPQ, SFDC Billing, and Netsuite highly preferred.
- Experience with project/program management toolsets (JIRA, GSuit, Confluence, Asana or similar Program Management tool).
- Experience using DACI and RACI to drive decisions at all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrable experience with Project and Development standard methodologies such as; Project Plans, Executive Reporting, Agile Methodology, SDLC planning, Process Diagramming and change management.
- Excellent communications skills for both business and technical audiences across all levels of the organization.
- Bachelor's degree or professional certifications in Business, Data, or Technology related fields or relevant work experience.
- Scrum Master Certification and PMP strongly preferred.
- Experience with consumption or usage based buying programs is a plus.
The anticipated starting base pay range for this role is listed below. Base salary is not the only component of our competitive total rewards package - you may also be eligible for bonus, commissions, equity, and other benefits as described below. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, licenses and certifications, and specific work location.
