Large Molecule Biologics Analysis needs 5-8 years of relevant laboratory experience working with mass spectrometry focused approaches utilizing proteomics and protein characterization workflows in a discovery setting to support drug development or biomarker discovery
Large Molecule Biologics Analysis requires:
• Experience operating, maintaining Sciex 7500 Qtrap, triple-quad mass spectrometers, or Orbitrap instruments. •
• Experience running nano-LCMS instruments for proteomics
• Experience with high throughput plate-based assays working on both large and small molecules. (Working with automation is a plus)
• Experience with analyzing and reporting analytical data, presenting data to colleagues and collaborators, and being a subject area expert in mass spec and analytical approaches.
• Cell Culture experience is a plus
• Experience with PK and Bio-Analysis of ADC drugs from complex matrices (plasma, tissue)
• Experience with R for data visualization is a plus. •
• Demonstrated can-do attitude and brings innovative ideas to challenging projects to contribute to a collaborative and cross-functional organization
• Minimum of a BSc with 8 years industry experience or MSc with 5 years industry experience in a mass spec focused lab on antibodies/proteins, and ADCs, or a PhD in a relevant scientific discipline.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Experience with molecular biology, analytical techniques, and general lab practices, and presenting and interpreting complex datasets in Excel and Prism
• Extensive hands-on experience operating and maintaining LCMS instrumentation as well as SEC/HIC or U/HPLC systems, and proficient in the software used for data analysis (Protein Metrics, Skyline, Biopharma Finder)
• Experienced in analytical characterization using SEC/HIC, U/HPLC, cIEF, CE is a plus Ideal candidate will also have:
Large Molecule Biologics Analysis duties:
