About the Internal Audit - Business Risk Services Line

Discover tailored risk solutions with our BRS team. From proactive risk detection to optimizing internal controls, we empower your organization with strategies that drive efficiency and safeguard against threats. With a focus on transparency and collaboration, we build robust audit frameworks that ensure resilience and foster growth in an ever-changing business landscape.

As an Associate Consultant / Consultant some of your responsibilities will include:

• Spending time doing your research around the clients you're working with including spending time on-site trying to understand their business
• Documenting company processes, looking at the business risks and providing feedback to clients
• Collaborating with team members on engagement execution
• Assisting in creating proposals detailing our services and methodologies for clients
• Performing Internal Audits, Process reviews, Risk Assessments, and ICoFR Reviews
• Drafting reports outlining risks, impacts, and recommendations

Think you've got what it takes to be an Associate Consultant / Consultant? Like the color purple? Great. Here's a few more boxes we're also hoping you can tick:

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Accounting or Finance
• 1 year experience is preferred in an Internal Audit / Risk role, but new graduates will also be considered
• Ideally studying towards an international professional qualification such as CISA, CIA, CA, ACCA, OR CPA
• Strong interpersonal and presentation capability
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office
• Strong written and spoken English and Turkish is essential
• Willingness and ability to work additional hours, as needed, and travel to various client sites
