--6 + yrs exp architecting and delivering BI solutions
--6 + yrs hands on experience with ETL and front end BI toolsets
--experience with COGNOS and or MicroStrategy
--must understand retail business process
--will manage 3 people
--salary is in the 140 to 155k range
--degree preferred
--excellent comm. skills
