Since 2009, Global Health Corps (GHC) has built a network of 1200+ next gen leaders committed to transforming health systems. Through a robust fellowship and alumni program, GHC seeds the health sector with innovative and resilient young leaders and invests in them to grow and drive systems change across their careers. GHC serves as a critical talent pipeline for its partners, an entry point to global health for non-clinical leaders who join as fellows, and a leadership accelerator for alumni and their networks. GHC leaders are concentrated in Malawi, Rwanda, Uganda, and the U.S., but the network has a truly global reach across 40+ countries and 450+ health organizations.
Job Summary
As the Director of Finance & Operations, you will be a vital force in driving our organization's financial health and strategic growth. Reporting to and collaborating directly with the COO, you will oversee a wide array of financial functions, from accounting and budgeting to financial compliance and reporting. Your role will encompass overseeing our financial operations across all countries of operation, as well as managing key facets of operations such as administration and IT. This is an opportunity to make a lasting impact by developing streamlined financial systems, fostering fiscal stability, and providing the foundation for our mission's continued success. You will lead the charge in shaping our financial strategy and enhancing our performance while also offering valuable counsel to our Senior Leadership Team and fellow directors. Salary Range: $115,00-$120,000
Work Environment & Benefits
This is a US remote (Eastern Time Zone / convenient access to New York City for occasional travel). This position may require domestic travel (1-2x/year) and international travel on occasion.
