Job Title: Inside Sales Leader – Surgery Care
Location: Bangalore
Position Overview: The Inside Sales leader will spearhead a high-performing team of over 200 employees, including 15+ Team Leaders and Managers, within our Surgery Care line of business. This role demands a visionary leader who excels in driving results, optimizing sales processes, and fostering collaboration across multiple departments. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing large teams, enhancing lead conversion, and working closely with marketing, product, and operational teams to achieve and surpass sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Team Management:
Lead and develop a large sales team, including Team Leaders, Managers, ensuring they are motivated, trained, and equipped to excel.
Conduct regular training sessions to enhance team performance and productivity.
Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and development of new team members to ensure a high-performing workforce.
Sales Strategy & Execution:
Drive sales performance to meet and exceed targets within the Surgery Care sector.
Collaborate with marketing to develop and execute lead generation strategies.
Work with the product team to identify and prioritize high-potential leads from the app for conversion.
Implement strategies to improve lead conversion rates and optimize sales processes.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Partner with Business, Quality, Training, Operations, Product, Analytics, and Network teams to build and enhance the Surgery Care team and processes.
Ensure alignment between sales objectives and organizational goals through effective communication and collaboration.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
Analyze sales metrics and performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, lead conversion, and team progress to senior management.
Quality & Compliance:
Ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements within the sales process.
Address any quality issues or concerns promptly and effectively.
Qualifications:
Proven experience managing large sales teams, preferably in a health tech
Demonstrated success in delivering high Average Order Value (AOV) products and achieving sales targets.
Experience working with marketing teams to drive lead generation and conversion.
Strong track record of collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product, quality, and operations.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making and performance improvements.
Strong understanding of quality management and compliance standards.
