Bumble Inc. is seeking a User Acquisition Manager to join our global team. This hands-on role will be pivotal in executing ambitious growth strategies for Bumble’s portfolio of products. As the ideal candidate, you have a strong background in managing app install campaigns on paid social channels, along with experience in paid search and programmatic channels. You will have a track record of managing UA campaigns at scale and be capable of making data-driven decisions.
As the User Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for optimizing current acquisition strategies, testing new ad products, analyzing performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve our user acquisition efforts.
What you'll be doing
- Be responsible for planning, buying, and optimizing user acquisition campaigns across various channels, with an emphasis on Paid Social (Meta, TikTok, Snap)
- Analyze the effectiveness of campaigns across multiple channels and geographies, optimizing campaign and creative performance to meet KPIs
- Collaborate closely with our Growth Creative team to introduce new ad creatives, develop creative strategy, and generate breakthrough ideas to attract new users
- Guide and support the launch of user acquisition efforts in new, exploratory markets and channels, using competitive and market intelligence
- Produce reports and presentations, including daily pacing and tracking against plan, while providing insightful commentary and recommendations
- Manage relationships with select ad partners by setting agendas for calls, tracking ongoing tests, and coordinating with the team
- Actively contribute to team meetings, initiatives, and knowledge-sharing efforts
About you
- 3-6 years of proven experience in performance marketing/mobile user acquisition using channels such as Meta, Snapchat, and TikTok
- You have strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions
- You are experienced in leveraging acquisition channels to drive revenue and/or user acquisition growth
- You have experience working within a distributed team across different geographies
- You have direct experience with analytics and attribution solutions, with exposure to data visualization/BI tools
- You are a self-starter: you thrive on taking ownership of initiatives with limited oversight and are comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- You're able to work effectively in a remote environment with team members in multiple time zones
- You have excellent written and verbal communication and organisational skills, and the are able to build strong working relationships with different stakeholders
