As a Project Manager on the Site Supervision team, you will play a key role in ensuring that all construction activities are executed on time, with the highest standards of quality and safety. You will support the Senior Project Manager in overseeing critical control documents, client communication, reporting, and the coordination of weekly progress meetings.

Your Role
- Responsible for the entire project(s), start to finish, you are the project(s) leader.
- Manage the bidding and construction phase of the projects by distribution of the bid packages to contractors, scheduling pre-bid conferences, and organize and review the contractor bids to present to client.
- Provide construction phase services as construction management in coordination with the Senior Project Manager.
- Reviewing contractor construction documents, reviewing daily and prepare weekly reports, leading the weekly construction meetings, reviewing contractor submittals and engineering drawings, tracking the construction schedule and reviewing estimate payments.
- Lead the weekly meetings to constructions sites.
- The expectation is to manage the contractor on all issues related to the job site. Coordinate the inspections on site works focus on time, cost, quality, codes, and safety, according with the engineering and submittals approved, during the entire construction process.
- Review the follow up of the delivery of ending documents and as-built drawings.
- Lead negotiations with clients and contractors, fostering strong working relationships.
- Oversee project schedules, including the management of critical paths and work programs, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Administer all project controls, including fixed-price contracts, RFIs, RFQs, and change orders.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and standards related to earthworks and construction.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience in industrial construction, with a strong background in managing large-scale infrastructure and building projects.
- Industrial construction experience is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively coordinate and manage contractors on site, ensuring timely and quality execution of tasks.
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to communicate complex information clearly and confidently.
- Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven conflict resolution and negotiation skills to navigate challenges and drive solutions.
