Your mission
As a People Operations & Data Specialist, you will collaborate closely with our Compensation and Payroll Specialist on exporting and verifying data from our HRIS tool for different stakeholders, and supporting with compensation reviews. You’ll also support your People Support colleagues with end-to-end tasks throughout the employee lifecycle.

We are looking for someone to join our team on a 12 months fixed term contract. 

Your responsibilities

  • You’ll create imports/exports in order to keep the data in all our HR systems in sync, and perform regular checks in order to ensure data integrity & accuracy.
  • You’ll support with compensation reviews by syncing salary data and salary band information, and preparing budget simulations.
  • You’ll support with ongoing tasks such as contracts, on-/offboarding, payroll, compensation, and ongoing initiatives/projects to ensure seamless operations.
  • You’ll collaborate in designing and executing streamlined HR workflows. 
  • You’ll stay up to date with HR regulations that impact our employee base, and work collaboratively with the HR manager to assist with the implementation of policies where required.

Your story

  • You’re able to work remotely from anywhere in Switzerland but feel comfortable and excited to come into the office once or twice a week. 
  • You’re able to work 100% on a Fixed-Term Contract of 12 months.
  • You have 3+ years of experience in a similar position – preferably in an international environment – where you managed HR data and acquired a comprehensive understanding of Switzerland’s labor laws, along with a proficient grasp of Swiss payroll practices.
  • You know your way around Google Spreadsheets, enjoy figuring out new formulas, and have strong numerical and analytical skills.
  • You love working precisely and being solution-oriented. 
  • You know how to organize yourself and can remain calm even if it’s stormy.
  • You speak German and English fluently; proficiency in French is ideal but not required.
