The Project Manager will be responsible for managing and effectively coordinating all facets of global expansion, utilizing Novibet’s tools and methodologies. Additionally, constructing processes across various departments and also overseeing operations of assigned live countries, identifying critical tasks, and coordinating the involved teams when necessary. This role is perfect for an individual with high potential seeking recognition for exceptional performance and the chance to gain valuable experience in large, complex projects.
Main responsibilities
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
- Define project specifications and business requirements, involving all relevant departments and ensuring technical feasibility and resource availability
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and budget
- Track progress through a solid project plan and ensures the on-time delivery of projects.
- Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope schedule and costs
- Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques.
- Report and escalate to management as needed
- Manage the relationship with the partners and stakeholders
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks
- Establish and maintains relationships with third parties
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Supervise operations, identifies critical tasks, and coordinates the involved teams as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in technology, business administration or related fields
- 1-3 years proven working experience as a project manager
- Good knowledge of project management standards, tools and methodologies
- Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and balance conflicting demands
- Excellent collaboration skills across different teams and departments
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Project Management tools (e.g. Jira, MS project, Smartsheet, Asana)
- PMP/Prince II certification will be considered a plus
