Overhead Fibre Installers

Overhead installers required for FTTP SDU installs on the Highland Broadband network. Working across the Highlands including Kingussie, Black Isle, Thurso, Wick, Fort Augustus.

Highly motivated individuals to work as a team in a customer facing role. Installing fibre from pole to property ahead of planned internal installation with the network provider.

What We expect of you:

We are looking for highly motivated individuals with experience working overhead and holding current, in-date qualifications. Ideally, you will have SA001 (Safety Overhead), S008/E001 (OH/Dropwire Cable Installation), a valid CSCS/EUSR Card (Site Safety), and NRSWA SLG Unit 1.

This is a PAYE role, paid per install based on performance (rate TBC). You will be provided with PPE, tooling, a van, and a fuel card.

The role involves installing fibre from pole to property in a customer-facing environment, working as part of a team ahead of internal installation. If you are not local to the areas involved, you may be required to work away from home, with accommodation provided.
