Design Support Duties

Inventory/Library Support

• Keep inventory of veneer samples and order when low
• Keep showrooms, working area, and archive room organized
• Restock and organize materials into library
• Go through library and order samples we are low on
• Phenom & Praetor drawers, most used materials in working area.
• Place sample requests as needed by designers
• Organize color board supplies and materials in the working area.

Office General Support

• Keep mailing materials stocked and organized
• The stock of materials is in the stockroom downstairs.
• Note office materials to be ordered if noticed that stock is low, and let admin know.
• Make FedEx labels and prepare packages for shipment

• Pick up mail from reception and logistics
• Open and put away

Customer Support

• Support Designer during spec session

• Make and ship color board to customers
• Make and ship spray outs approvals to customers
• Fill in customer gift box

Archive old/delivered aircraft documents and materials

Additional information:

Hourly Rate: $25 / hour

Hours/week: 30 hours per week

Schedule: M-W-F 3 days a week onsite, but can increase based on need
