Job Description: Detailed JD | Job Description- Liaise with business users/ client managers/ specialists to understand the requirements / problem statements
- Owns the overall design of JDA template for Supply and Inventory Planning to meet customer requirements
- Guides the template design considering best practices, high usage of standard functionality, repeatability with efficiency, scalability, and sustainability
- Leads Supply Planning process and technical design, build, testing and training. Documents all external interface requirements
- Supports Business Integration team in writing of Functional Designs (FDs) , Field Mapping Documents (FMDs) , Technical Designs (TDs)
- Defines Supply & Inventory Planning data requirements, test scenarios/ cases and associated to data requirements
- Reporting issues / bugs to JDA and tracking their resolution
- Take decisions independently and interact directly with customers
- Demonstrate conference room pilots with SMEs.
- Carrying out Development/ upgrade/ support tasks as assigned
- Reviewing technical specs
- Coordinating with the customer & offshore team to resolve queries or clarifications
- 10+ years of working experience in implementing/ supporting JDA SCPO, Demand n Fulfillment
