Description:

Lead the implementation of Sales Force CRM defining the operations plan for the Open Banking Program.
• Manage the Salesforce.com CRM implementation, ongoing support and administrative needs of users by providing prompt and complete resolution to technical challenges and business issues
• Hands on Salesforce configuration including users, roles, security, profiles, workflow rules, custom objects, etc.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and processes to continuously monitor data quality and integrity. Execute data migration/cleansing projects
• Work with various functions and end users to identify, document, and communicate standard business processes as they relate to Salesforce
• Proactively identify and implement operational improvements, enhancements, and system customizations that meet business requirements
• Collaborate with internal and external Open Banking stakeholders on solutions related that require Salesforce
• Conduct Salesforce user training to other Open Banking users.
• Perform hands-on technical implementation, project management and system promotion to the end user
• Design scalable and efficient processes and solutions to support our Open Banking operational strategy.
• In partnership with production support and other roles, support developers who use our developer portal and APIs, answering questions, support tickets as well as troubleshooting users and helping to resolve issues.
• Communicate daily with operations manager to report support issues, and important user concerns
• Create feedback for other teams about support processes and responses to ensure quality of partner support

Qualifications
• 5+ years of overall experience in Salesforce and all related fields.
• Salesforce.com CRM Administration Certification
• Understanding of and detailed experience with the Salesforce.com architecture
• Experience with data modeling, custom objects, permissions, SOQL queries
• Creating workflow rules and process builder flows
• Experience with advanced reporting, formula fields, and change management
• Salesforce Admin (201) or Dev (401) certification is a huge plus
• Experience with data and data manipulation (Excel, SQL) •
