Responsibilities:
Understand and analyze Clients existing issue management system (in-house tool)
Develop and implement a similar or better issue management process on Jira
Provide consultation and guidance to the Client team on best practices for using Jira for issue management
Customize Jira to meet the specific needs of Clients unit
Train and support the Client team on the use of Jira for issue management
Continuously monitor and improve the issue management process in Jira to ensure optimal performance
Skillset Required:
Proven experience as a Jira SME or in a similar role
Strong understanding of issue management processes and best practices
Experience with Jira customization and administration
Excellent communication and training skills
Ability to work independently and under tight deadlines
Experience working with cross-functional teams
Familiarity with scaled agile framework (SAFe) is a plus
Familiarity with the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies is a plus
