As our Production Assistant, you’ll be at the heart of our supply chain—liaising with suppliers, tracking orders, and making sure we hit every deadline. Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Senior Production Coordinator in tracking global production for eCommerce and retail apparel.
- Deliver supplier communication to confirm orders and ex-factory dates.
- Track Purchase Orders (POs) and ensure on-time delivery by liaising with suppliers.
- Maintain and update production trackers and associated software to keep accurate data for reporting.
- Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., Buying, Design, Supplier, Quality Assurance, & Logistics) to resolve production issues.
- Compile and follow up on weekly freight reports and support late PO chargeback tracking.
- Provide support to the Production Team by assisting with PO administration.
- Creating weekly production work in progress reports for suppliers and any other data collection, reporting and communication as required by the Team
Skills and Experience
- Experience in production or a similar role is a plus, but not essential.
- Strong communication skills and ability to manage supplier relationships.
- You will be able to think on your feet, be creative, and not be afraid to change the plan of attack.
- Immediate skills in Excel, with the ability to work efficiently with large datasets.
- Effective verbal and written communication, relationships building skills and clear customer focus
- Experience working with a diverse range of stakeholders
- Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Be ethically minded. If you are a natural go-getting, with a passion for change and can work well
