Junior Account Manager (Client Services or Agency exp req)
Location: Hybrid/Remote - Baton Rouge, LA or New Orleans, LA
Salary: $46,000 - $52,000 base (depending on experience) + annual Bonus
Benefits: Health insurance ($270 monthly offset), 401k with match, PTO, paid holidays, and more
Job Type: Full-Time, Hybrid
Typical Hours: M-F, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Flexible)
Start Date: ASAP

Junior Account Manager (Client Services or Agency exp req) Description

Our client, a respected advertising and marketing agency, is looking for a Junior Account Manager to join their hybrid team in Baton Rouge, LA or New Orleans, LA. You will support senior account management by coordinating marketing campaigns and communicating between clients and internal teams. To be successful in this role, you must have at least 1 year of experience in client services or account management, a passion for marketing, and excellent communication and organization skills. This role is ideal for someone looking to develop their skills in a fast-paced agency environment, with opportunities to grow into a full Account Manager role. Junior Account Manager (Client Services or Agency exp req) Responsibilities

•    Assist in managing client relationships and communications
•    Support senior account managers in coordinating campaign execution
•    Serve as a point of contact between clients and internal teams
•    Help prepare client presentations and track project deliverables
•    Oversee the approval process for creative assets
•    Monitor campaign performance and contribute to optimization efforts
•    Maintain detailed notes and action items from meetings
•    Manage project deadlines and ensure timely execution
•    Track project timelines, deliverables, and budgets
•    Collaborate with creative and media teams to ensure project alignment
•    Prepare client reports and presentations
•    Address client inquiries and follow up on feedback
•    Participate in client meetings and take detailed notes

Junior Account Manager (Client Services or Agency exp req) Qualifications

•    Bachelor’s degree required
•    1+ years of account management or client services experience required
•    Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools required
