About the Role

We are looking to hire a site reliability engineer (SRE) to build and maintain software that enables our customers to navigate our site quickly. The ideal candidate will provide skilled problem-solving measures that enable product expansion and improve the customer experience to accomplish company objectives. If you are an experienced SRE with unique ideas and enjoy working in a collaborative, cross-functional work environment, we’d love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement robust, scalable, and efficient systems.
Monitor and analyze system performance, identifying and addressing potential issues proactively.
Develop and maintain automation tools for deployment, configuration, and orchestration.
Manage and troubleshoot production incidents, ensuring minimal downtime and rapid resolution.
Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for seamless software delivery.
Participate in on-call rotation to provide 24/7 support for critical systems.
Continuously improve system reliability through performance tuning, capacity planning, and best practices adoption.
Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation within the organization.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or similar field.
8+ experience as a site reliability engineer or similar role.
Proficiency in scripting and programming languages like Python, Go, or Ruby.
Hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
Strong knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Experience with monitoring and observability tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack).
Solid understanding of networking and security principles.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile environment.
