Experience and demonstrated capability of managing a team of specialists deploying solutions to support Health Care and/or Digital Health initiatives to broad stakeholders.

Incident & Change Management Experience

Overseeing the incident and change management process and team members involved in resolving incidents and assessing changes.

Responding to a reported service incident, identifying the cause, and initiating the incident management process.

Prioritizing incidents and changes according to their urgency and influence on the business.

IT Project Experience

Expert knowledge of PMLC

Cloud and Azure DevOps Experience

Experience in project activities from initiation to close out. (i.e. scope, schedule, resource and cost management);

Experience in specific project execution activities, including issue/risk management, change control, implementation and transition.

Superior communication skills and demonstrated experience in communication and implementation plans, including presentations to both internal and external stakeholders at all levels of the organization;
